Riders are additional benefits that can be added to the policy for an additional premium.

The most common riders are:
Child Rider
The child rider allows you to add life insurance coverage for your children.

Waiver Of Premium
In the case of disability of the policy owner the insurance company agrees to pay the premium during the time of disability.

Accidental Death Benefit
Death benefit amount will be (significantly) increased if an accident is the cause of death.
